Terms and Conditions
Please make sure you have read and understood our Terms and Conditions before you book a workshop, event, or holiday camp with us. By purchasing the above, you are giving your agreement to abide by the following terms.
Cancellation Policy
Termly, weekly workshops and Holiday Camps: If you cancel your booking at least two weeks before the first session begins, we will refund tuition less the registration fee (varies if you are booking through the website or apps such as Happity):
If you cancel your registration with less than the required notice, no refund will be given.
Any tuition paid for the cancelled class, minus the registration fee, becomes a credit which you may, at the discretion of Speira Project, use towards future holiday camps and weekly workshops. This credit will expire in one year from the date of the start of the cancelled class.
If we do not receive prior cancellation notice and you do not attend the first day of class, no refund or credit will be given.
No refund will be given for the cancellation of individual days during a course or block of classes and individual days may not be swapped to another course.
In the event that a participant is unable to attend Speira’s activities, due to sickness, holiday or a decision by the parent/guardian not to attend outside of the cancellation period, or once activities have begun, Speria is unable to refund any fees that have been paid, however the management may offer a transfer or a credit at their discretion and Speira Project will cooperate with any insurance claims.
Cancellation by Speira Project: We reserve the right to cancel a class if enrolment is insufficient. Any tuition paid will be refunded in full, including the registration fee.
Securing your child’s place in our workshops, events, holiday camps
To secure your place, you must book through our website, or other apps (eg. Happity), pay the fee and fill in the enrolment form (google form that will be sent to you). Once we received all of the above, we will confirm your place. If you don’t have confirmation, we will not be able to accept your child on the day of the workshop, event, or holiday camp.
Each location has its own set of specific running costs. Fees for activities are set per location and may vary between different venues, workshops, and age groups.
Fees are reviewed regularly and may be increased periodically.
Trial Classes & Periods:
Speira Project offers complimentary trial classes on some of its workshops. Trials are offered at Speira’s discretion.
Trials are subject to availability and are not guaranteed, for instance if a course or activity is fully booked.
Trials are available to new students only and can be booked in the same manner as other activities. Trials are subject to the same terms and conditions.
Late pick ups
Consistent late collection will result in additional charges or removal from the programme. Please make sure that you get in touch as soon as possible with us or with the Lead facilitator.
Health & Safety:
Speira will make every reasonable effort to ensure that the activities and the environment is safe, including undertaking individual activity risk assessments.
An emergency contact phone number must be provided on registration. It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to ensure that this is up to date. If a participant is unwell, or requires medical attention, the parent/guardian will be contacted via the emergency contact details.
Parents must inform Speira Project and its staff of any existing injuries, physical, sensory or learning disabilities or medical conditions. All registrations must have any known medical conditions stated and any changes to such information must be notified to Speira Project prior to participation.
Any medication brought to activities must be clearly labelled and the participant should, unless Speira has agreed otherwise, be able to administer it themselves.
Participants must wear suitable clothing at all times.
